I booked a honeymoon package which was $280SGD. It was so worth it rather than spending this money on 5 star hotels in Singapore. Staffs were impressive, helpful & friendly.
We were early and the reception staff took us for an orientation on the buggy ride. We were drove to the beach bar for a welcome cocktail drink while waiting for the room to be ready. Beautiful towel wrapped swans were placed on bed. Not only did they arrange housekeeping in the morning, they did for the night as well. When we were out for dinner at the club house, they came into the room to release the curtains, on the bed lamp lights, place 2 bottles of mineral water next to the bed lamps, replace our used towels with new, fold a corner of the bed quilts so we can turn into bed easily.
When we were dining, one of the novelty staffs were blowing some soap bubbles and it blew all the way to us. Waiting staff hurried to the novelty staffs and instructed them not to do it as it was coming into our table. Waiting staff asked vocal musical crew to perform a love song for us.
The room was amazing and clean with a studio apartment concept. Spacious and arrangements were awesome. Fresh flowers and ferrero rocher were placed on dining table. We do not have to pay for the mini water themed park for the days we were there as normally you have to pay for today and tomorrow separately. It was definetly awesome for us and we will come back again for sure!
I spent my Christmas Holidays & New Year Eve 2012 at Lotus Desaru. All i could say in a word is that 'Amazing'. Right from the moment you step in, you could always see a bunch of hospitable staffs who is always wanting to help us out with what we want...My short getaway from Singapore to this awesome place was really worthfull. Morever its a place for budget families who intend to have maximum fun with limited funds....I enjoyed every moment out there....A Warmful Thanks to all the staffs of Lotus Desaru....See you all soon....
we just came back from lotus. It was very nice and beautiful place for holiday with fren n family. Everything was just nice the room, the food water park gim the beach unfortunily it was raining we can't take a swim in it other then that all was fine. I wonder in future you can provide a pet boarding for the the guests pet so we dont have to live them away at home as it make me worry how will their doing at home just a small place so we can place them there.. I'm sure more guest will use this facility for their pet and can bring them along for a holiday. Thank u

Dear Sir/Mdm, I'm interested to spend my year end holiday in Lotus Desaru. However there're a few queries I need you clarification before I can make the booking. 1. will there be any barbecue pit in the resort? do you provide barbecue catering service? 2. I'll be coming with my family (8 adults 2 children) during Christmas or year end. Would it possible to have a 4 bedrooms suit for me? 3. I and my wife have book a 2 day 1 nite trip to Lotus Desaru on 8 Dec 11. But i just found out that the ferry services have been terminated and we are at a lost of how to make our way to your resort. Can you assist us with any arrangements cos we are first time going to your resort. Pls assist and reply asap.

I visited the resort on the 9th of Jan 2012 with my wife. Although i was not very much aware of the place, I can never forget the hospitality, ambience and the overall memories of my 3 day stay will never ever fade from both our minds. It was just a second and a better honeymoon for us. It was a lifetimeexpierence.
